How do I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Go to My Dashboard → Bookings, select the booking and click 'Reschedule' or 'Cancel'. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the session are fully refunded.
How does payment work?
You pre-load your AIMenta Wallet using a credit card or bank transfer. Session fees are deducted automatically when a consultation is confirmed.
Are the doctors licensed?
Yes. Every doctor on AIMenta undergoes identity verification and license checks before being allowed on the platform.
Is my data private?
